WITIA is an alliance that brings together various Dutch corporate Women in IT initiatives. By pooling our efforts and sharing best practices and insights, we aim to advance traditional HR objectives and make a meaningful impact on a deeper level. We achieve this by collaboratively addressing the challenges faced by women in the IT industry and collectively developing effective best practices.
